Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital services, memberships, credits, and Digital Products offered through Power BI Studio at https://powerbistudio.com/.

The Platform offers only digital tools and downloadable Digital Products; no physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. General Principle

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access or usage, refunds are generally not provided once:

  • Access to a membership plan is activated.
  • Credits have been allocated or used.
  • A Digital Product such as a .pbix file, dashboard, or template has been delivered or downloaded.

By purchasing any membership, credits, or Digital Product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership or subscription-based plans may offer access to premium features, additional credits, or advanced tools for a specified period.

Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, fees for membership plans are non-refundable once the plan is activated. If the plan includes auto-renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

If a material technical issue that is solely attributable to the Platform prevents you from accessing the core benefits of a paid membership for a substantial continuous period, you may contact support@powerbistudio.com for review. Any remedy, such as partial refund, extension, or additional credits, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Owner, subject to applicable law.

4. Credits and Usage

Credits are a digital unit used to consume certain features (for example, AI generations, exports, or downloads), as may be defined on the Platform.

Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once added to your account, regardless of whether you use them or not, except where mandated by applicable law.

Misuse of credits, including via multiple account abuse, bots, or any prohibited use under the Terms, may result in suspension or forfeiture of credits without refund.

5. Digital Products

All Digital Products are delivered electronically, typically via download links or access within your account.

Because digital files cannot be returned in the traditional sense, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer laws.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility notes, and any prerequisites before purchase. No guarantee is provided that a Digital Product will work identically in every environment or Power BI version.

6. Cancellations Before Activation

In limited cases where an order for a membership or Digital Product has been placed, but payment is received and access has not yet been granted, and you contact us promptly with a valid reason, the Owner may consider cancelling the order and issuing a refund, subject to applicable payment processor rules and at the Owner's sole discretion.

Any such discretionary refund may be subject to deduction of payment processing charges or other applicable fees.

7. Refund Eligibility (7 Days Clause)

A user may raise a refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase only where a confirmed technical issue originating from our platform prevents normal access or usage of the purchased digital product or membership.

Before any refund is considered, the user must first contact our support team at support@powerbistudio.com and provide sufficient details of the problem, including screenshots, error messages, environment details, and transaction information. Our team may request additional information if required.

Refunds will be approved only after verification that the problem is caused due to a fault, bug, or downtime within our own systems or services. Issues arising from the user's device, internet connection, software version, Power BI setup, third-party services, or incorrect usage of the product will not be eligible for refund.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the timelines and processes of the respective payment service provider or financial institution.

Beyond the initial 7-day window, or in cases where the digital product has already been successfully accessed, downloaded, or reasonably used as intended, no refund will be issued.

8. Service Downtime and Technical Issues

Temporary unavailability, slow performance, or non-critical bugs in the Platform do not qualify for automatic refunds, as reasonable downtime or interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.

Where substantial outage or serious technical failure solely attributable to the Platform materially affects your ongoing paid subscription or recently purchased credits, you may contact support@powerbistudio.com. Any remedy (extension, credits, or partial refund) will be evaluated case by case, without any guarantee and subject to applicable law.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider without first contacting us for resolution may be treated as a potential breach of the Terms.

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and restrict future access in case of fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks or disputes.

10. Changes to this Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform or making new purchases after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
