Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
1. Nature of Products
Power BI Studio provides digital services and downloadable digital products such as Power BI templates, themes, dashboards, and AI‑based color palettes. All content offered on this platform is delivered entirely through electronic means.
We do not sell, dispatch, or ship any physical goods or items. There are no physical deliveries, logistics, or courier services involved in our operations.
2. Delivery Method & Access
All digital products and services are made available electronically after successful payment and confirmation. Delivery is completed when the user gains access to the purchased digital content through one of the following means:
- Instant download link or account-based access on the platform.
- Automated email containing product access link or confirmation.
- Access to digital features or credits within the user dashboard.
In case of account‑based services (e.g., credits or memberships), digital access is typically activated immediately after successful payment and may be reflected after a short processing period.
3. Delivery Time
Digital product access is usually provided instantly upon successful payment confirmation. However, due to technical factors such as network latency or third-party processing delays, activation may take a few minutes in some cases.
If you do not receive access to your product within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact support@powerbistudio.com with your transaction ID and product details for quick assistance.
4. No Shipping or Physical Claims
As all our offerings are digital in nature, Power BI Studio does not engage in physical order fulfillment, shipping, warehousing, or logistics. Customers should not expect any physical delivery, package, printed materials, or similar tangible item from us.
Any claim, complaint, or dispute related to non-receipt of a physical product will not be entertained, as no physical shipment is applicable to our digital products or services.
5. Failed Delivery or Technical Issues
Although our systems are designed to ensure smooth digital delivery, external factors such as payment verification failures, incorrect email addresses, or service outages may occasionally cause delay.
In such cases, please reach out to support@powerbistudio.com with order details, and our team will verify and deliver your product access link as soon as possible. If the issue is verified to originate from our side, necessary adjustments or remedies will be made based on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, ensuring stable internet connectivity, and maintaining account access credentials. Power BI Studio will not be liable for delays or non-receipt caused by incorrect user information or user device issues.
